Cairo P Rocha is a Japanese, Chinese and Tibetan medicines practitioner. He has been teaching and practicing acupuncture and co-related natural therapies for over 30 years. He holds a PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Natural Medicine, New Mexico; a PhD in Therapeutic Counseling by The Open International University for Complementary Medicine, Sri Lanka, and a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (OMD) degree from the Tokyo Acupuncture, Moxibustion
and Jusei College in Japan. He has traveled extensively and studied in several countries including China, India, Germany, France, the UK and the USA.
Cairo is also the author of Anger Goes Up, Fear Goes Down - Emotions and the Hidden Link (Author House 2004) and Mudras, Healing with Vibrant Hands (Balboa Press 2018). He is frequently invited to present workshops on health and healing in the Bahamas, where he is currently in private practice, as well as abroad.

A white tower.
I looked above and saw lightening, the cosmos, light.
I saw it split. Darkness and brighter light.
This is where we’ve been living.
Polarized.
Divided.
Separate.
Then I saw in the middle twinkling lights. The awakened ones who have integrated light and shadow.
It isn’t enough.
Now the planet must integrate light and shadow, together.
Collective of a Golden Ankh what is your message about this dream?
The message in your dream is about integration. The planet earth is currently experiencing a split reality. Just as a human being may experience a split personality, this same experience is occurring en masse. This cannot continue indefinitely. Due to universal laws that govern your world, integration must occur, and is already occurring at a rapid pace. Integration occurs when unconscious Truths are revealed to the conscious mind. What was hidden is now revealed and can no longer be denied. This is also called an Awakening. Awakening can occur in times of deep suffering. It can also occur in times of isolation or retreat. Due to both suffering and retreat being pressed upon the human race at the beginning of 2020; an awakening of global proportion began.
This rapid ascension is now fully underway and has set forth a chain reaction of events, that combined, will be known as the Great Awakening. Due to the Law of Free Will, humans must ask for the Truth. An individual can choose to deny, ignore or repress; information, truths, experiences, traumas, interdimensional entities and so on. That is your right. However, when an individual is ready, willing, and most importantly ASKING for the TRUTH - it is shown. The collective humanity is asking for the Truth. And as the shadows are revealed on a grand scale, Awakening will occur. When Awakening occurs it is natural law and order for integration to begin.
Integration is a challenging process. It can also be isolating, generate fear and create destructive emotions. The message of the dream is to show that integration is happening. That it is an eventuality. The planet will become integrated and the polarization of the human race will become ONE, understanding God-Source within the Self and living in balance with the planet and universal laws.
Our message, as the Collective, prompted by this dream is: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. There are many beings on the planet (and surrounding it) that are here to support this transition. We urge you, the human collective, to UNITE. It is through standing together that you will move through the process of integration easefully. Communities of Light are being created across the Earth and it is through connecting with one another that the golden age, as you call it, will manifest at rapid pace. Many tests will appear that will challenge you and ask for division and separateness from each other and from God-Source. Do not fail these tests. Continue to come together in community.
And so it is.
And so it shall be.
